Senior Quality Specialist Interview Experience - Singapore, Singapore
Process
The hiring process was clearly explained by the recruiter. I made it to both the peer and hiring manager interviews. After a reasonable amount of follow-ups, I never heard anything from them.
I was totally ghosted, which confirms what I heard from people I knew who also had the same experience with ByteDance.
