There was a total of three rounds, excluding the last round with HR. The first round was coding, and the second and third rounds were about Linux knowledge and fleet management. The coding round was more like log parsing and processing rather than LeetCode-like questions.

Pros: Great benefits include free lunch and very comprehensive health insurance coverage.
Cons: Expect little to none mentorship nor guidance. You're expected to swim or sink. Don't bother unless you're a Chinese speaker, no matter how "international" your team is, as all meetings are conducted in Mandarin. It's unspoken that you'll work long hours (10 AM - 10 PM) despite what your employment contract says. Unless you're Chinese, you may never land a leadership position here.
