Great benefits include free lunch and very comprehensive health insurance coverage.
Expect little to none mentorship nor guidance. You're expected to swim or sink. Don't bother unless you're a Chinese speaker, no matter how "international" your team is, as all meetings are conducted in Mandarin. It's unspoken that you'll work long hours (10 AM - 10 PM) despite what your employment contract says. Unless you're Chinese, you may never land a leadership position here.
