Pros: After joining the company for three months, I think Bytedance is a company worth joining. The leaders here are very friendly, and the colleagues are very enthusiastic. The work-life balance is good, and there are many activities among colleagues. I enjoy my work here and can learn a lot. As the first job out of school, I am very satisfied.
Cons: Some meetings are Chinese by default.

Pros: Different businesses are growing at a fast rate, with great influence over millions of audience. As long as you're proactive, you can grow fast and also see your work impacting a lot of people.
Cons: Given the fast pace, sometimes decisions can change fast also. So, we need to be adaptive to the changes.
