Very recommended company
After joining the company for three months, I think Bytedance is a company worth joining. The leaders here are very friendly, and the colleagues are very enthusiastic. The work-life balance is good, and there are many activities among colleagues. I enjoy my work here and can learn a lot. As the first job out of school, I am very satisfied.
Some meetings are Chinese by default.
