The interviewer was very friendly, and there was no discomfort during the interview. They mainly asked about my job experiences and administered a mid-level algorithm test.

Pros: Free food. Good tech. High ownership.
Cons: Sink or swim.
You have to have a strong mental frame and not let them gaslight you.
They will subtly discriminate against you and blatantly show favouritism towards Mainland Chinese.
If you intend to join, make sure to suss them out during the interviews. If they cannot speak a lick of English, then be very wary, because your experience will not be good if the bulk of your team is in Mainland, even if you are half-proficient in Chinese.
On top of being good at your job, you may have to bootlick to survive.
