Applied online. No phone screen, the recruiter just told me to show up on a given day without telling me what the interview was about. Turns out this was the onsite round. Asked for a GCal invite to add to my calendar, the recruiter just sent me the date and timestamp again. LOL.

Afterwards, they didn't even have a whiteboard, just a piece of paper. One interviewer round insisted on doing everything in Mandarin, even though I barely spoke it.

Afterwards, I waited for an hour for the last interviewer to show up. Turns out they were stuck in a meeting and told me to come back the next day.
