Fast-paced working style at ByteDance
Here, everyone treats you equally, whether you are a full-time employee or an intern, which I think is pretty helpful for me to practice my collaborative ability.
The working pace is very fast and extremely uncomfortable if you are a person who doesn't like making plans or organizing things ahead of time. The way things work here forces you to do so for the most tiny stuff.
