Lack of organization is apparent. You have to train yourself and are expected to handle large amounts of work and projects, as well as assist other teammates with their projects. Leadership is very unprofessional; they pick people they like and throw everyone else under the bus by not providing leadership and preventing forward movement for the people they dislike.
Be consistent and professional; do not let personal life impact work responsibilities, especially as a project manager. Give everyone equal opportunities to grow within their role and company.
