Pros

Career progression was quick. They also had other non-monetary benefits like gifts, snacks, and open pantries, on top of additional allowances. Well, until at one point.

Cons

Started hiring former BPO employees to fill the upper levels, which eventually destroyed the work culture. That, and the ever-changing KPI structures to the point the KPIs were only there as an accessory.

Advice to Management

Transparency and management don’t mix well, apparently. The management should also seriously look into their emotional intelligence because the clear lack of empathy doesn’t reflect the company’s values.
