We get a lot of exposure, benefits, and we are still under hybrid.
Sometimes, we are not compensated enough despite all the hard work. We have this stack ranking system, hence it'll be impossible for everyone to get a monthly bonus. It gets very demotivating. Sometimes, one person has to handle up to six projects, but when no appreciation is given despite the hard work, it gets so demotivating to go to work.
