Favoritism – those seem to be the ones who only get promoted/raises. Poor management. Pay is less than average. Strict on PTO/PSSL. Poor work-life balance.
Knock out the managers that have no inclination to make the teams better and are just using favoritism to promote their friends within.
Advocate for a greater wage to be paid better, as we are under the average.
Better work-life balance.
It’s hard to go above and beyond when there is favoritism, others take credit for your success, and you never have an opportunity for growth.
