My colleagues are skilled, and the environment is really good. It's really amazing how things change so fast. Since it's an internet company, ByteDance gives you the experience of working in an efficient environment that not many companies have. One example of this is while receiving permissions or enabling features in your workplace; everything can be done in seconds. Most importantly, the company is still growing, which has allowed us to grow altogether with the company, having more opportunities to learn new things or develop our careers.
