Worst place to work.
Every form of communication is in Chinese.
Long hours. Salary used to be good earlier, but now it’s average. Most of the docs are in Chinese. It has made my life a living hell.
You seriously need to reconsider making changes in the work culture.

Pretty standard. Start off with an introduction, followed by a coding challenge and a system design interview. You can go through the interview in English or Mandarin, but they will usually ask if you can converse in Mandarin.
