Normally, there would be three or four technical interviews, depending on the level you are applying for, plus one HR interview. It took me about one month to finish the whole process.

Virtual interview. Technical question with a lot of abstractions. Very vague question; know the basics. Part design, part implementation. Can be done in Chinese or English. Interviewed from a different time zone.

Send your CV, and HR will take a look at the university you graduated from. Soon, the interviewer will ask some really easy questions about databases or operating systems, and also require details about some projects you have done.
