Great Perks, Long Hours
There are lots of benefits for staff. All meals, snacks, and coffee are free, even the gym. I had a nice work experience here. Although I was an intern, other full-time staff treated me fairly. People here are excellent and clever. They always work hard.
Hours are not well defined. No need to clock in, but most people work from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It might be peer pressure. I don't feel good in this environment, actually. Sometimes it's just a useless way to force staff.
