Pros

Incredibly bright, collaborative coworkers excited to challenge themselves and learn from those around them.

Interesting projects, engaged customers, and a grand vision for simplifying and scaling Enterprise AI.

Employees are empowered and entrusted with high-priority projects, decisions, and contributions.

Cons

The C3 AI drive is infectious. Individual employees will need to establish their own work-life balance that works for them; it won't necessarily be created for them. That doesn't mean it's not possible to do at the company, and the collective drive is a great energy to be a part of and surrounded by.

Advice to Management

Keep listening to customers and employees as you have been. I've been very impressed by the recent conversations that have been taking place across the company, at all levels. We're fortunate to have such an engaged, talented pool of coworkers.
