Active focus on values and culture.
Cons: The current growth phase requires lots of change, both technical and organizational, all occurring rapidly. This is not really a 'con' per se, more of a challenge depending on the type of working environment one might be looking for.

Cons: Architecture oversees applications, causing downstream ramifications for all Engineering.
The CEO runs Engineering through proxy people.

Lots of engineering management turnover resulting in culture shifts.
