Pros: Where to start... Calendly hires the best, not just based on skill level but also based on interpersonal skills. The company has grown a lot in the last couple of years, and yet that standard has been maintained. It's a joy working each day with people who are so motivated and intelligent, but also so caring and supportive. When you spend so much time working during a week, it's super important to know people care about you as more than just a collection of projects and numbers. Also, I've worked here for over two years and never felt micromanaged. My direct manager is bar none the best in the industry. She's got a strong vision, but she values the contributions of others, and she truly wants people to be able to utilize their strengths. I could go on and on. Oh, the perks are also amazing! :D

Cons: Hard to think of anything major. Nothing out of the ordinary happens with any company's growing pains. Calendly has really done a great job at keeping up with their values, so no major complaints!

Pros: Good company outlook. A product I believe in. Focus on quality of the product first, very customer focused, and I love that. Great work/life balance. Developers can work from home one day a week, and that really helps. Everyone I work with is professional and amazing at their jobs. We take pride in hiring self-starters. It's nice to go to work with other people who are happy and excited to be here.

Cons: I currently don't have any to share. I hope that never changes!

Pros: Having Calendly on my résumé somehow does not hurt my job search. They have done a good job seeming like an awesome company externally.

Cons: No one in the company can make a decision or buy a stapler unless the CEO approves it. He runs the company like it’s a small business pawn shop where every dollar to an employee is a dollar out of his own pocket. Employees to him are not human beings; they are widgets to drive his earnings, which equal take-home pay for him.
