Where to start...
Calendly hires the best, not just based on skill level but also based on interpersonal skills. The company has grown a lot in the last couple of years, and yet that standard has been maintained. It's a joy working each day with people who are so motivated and intelligent, but also so caring and supportive. When you spend so much time working during a week, it's super important to know people care about you as more than just a collection of projects and numbers.
Also, I've worked here for over two years and never felt micromanaged. My direct manager is bar none the best in the industry. She's got a strong vision, but she values the contributions of others, and she truly wants people to be able to utilize their strengths.
I could go on and on. Oh, the perks are also amazing!
Hard to think of anything major. Nothing out of the ordinary happens with any company's growing pains. Calendly has really done a great job at keeping up with their values, so no major complaints!
Keep on keepin' on. Y'all are great.
