Pros

All of the engineering management is extremely helpful and respectful to their employees. They actively encourage you to do things that are fulfilling to you outside of work.

Generally a pretty recession-proof product by virtue of being an efficiency tool.

Proactively restructured their entire pay package this year to be in line with a more competitive percentile of the market.

  • Biannual hackathons (Innovation Expos)
  • 20% time (E time) that you're encouraged to use.

Extremely competitive overall compensation package. Good salary, equity, stipends for travel and discretionary spending intended to make sure you enjoy your life outside work, unlimited PTO (actually not a trap, for once).

Invests heavily in its employees and encourages lateral movement between departments. Some of the best developers we have here came from customer service or other parts of the company.

Extremely friendly and helpful employee base in general. Everyone is very eager to teach and learn and will do their best to make sure you're comfortable.

Cons

As with any SaaS company, there's a bit of hurry up and wait at times. It's very rarely a crunch; if anything, there are times where things are a bit slow-moving, but 20% time comes in clutch there.

Company retreats can be a little bit corporate, but not the worst thing in the world.
