Having Calendly on my résumé somehow does not hurt my job search. They have done a good job seeming like an awesome company externally.
No one in the company can make a decision or buy a stapler unless the CEO approves it. He runs the company like it’s a small business pawn shop where every dollar to an employee is a dollar out of his own pocket. Employees to him are not human beings; they are widgets to drive his earnings, which equal take-home pay for him.
There is no advice for you because as long as Tope is in charge, you are just his puppet and he is your puppet master.
