There are a few leaders that have joined in the last year that have worked hard to make the culture really bad. They try to accomplish goals by use of intimidation, bullying, blaming, pinging all hours of the day, and with hardly a shred of humility, decency, and treating people with respect. These are not work conditions in which people can be creative or do good work. I worry they will drive too many good people away before they realize the damage they're doing.
