Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took four months.
First round: AIP and SDA interview. It was a one-hour AI programming interview, consisting of fifty minutes of programming and ten minutes of Q&A, plus a one-hour system design interview, consisting of forty minutes of whiteboard system design and five minutes of Q&A.
The interviewer allocated fifty minutes for the AI programming interview. However, because they frequently interrupted with questions midway through, we ran very tight on time. Fortunately, I managed to complete the system design portion ahead of schedule, which left the final ten minutes to ask questions about Canva with the interviewer.
Afterwards, my original recruiter left the company. Although another recruiter assured me they would provide feedback, they have gone silent since my last email reply.

Breakfast and lunch are prepared by chefs on-site. The whole team eats together. There are different fitness activities available and very strong social cohesion in the group. Ideas trump egos because, at the end of the day, everyone wants what's best for the product. There's a strong sense of egalitarianism in the culture; there are no managers and everyone treats each other as equals. They also provide equity, which means at the end of the day that everyone takes ownership of the company and feels motivated. It's a pretty amazing culture. It's also growing at such a pace that future opportunities are enormous.Cons: The freezer full of Tim Tams is a great, yet dangerous perk. Speaking from experience, it might take a lot of self-discipline for a sweet tooth to tame their cravings.
