Pros: - They care a lot about their employees, striving to keep them happy and productive.
- Teams have a lot of flexibility on how they operate and measure performance.
- A lateral structure of ownership and control, rather than a hierarchical one.
Cons: Can be confusing to navigate the structure of the company at first.
Mainly remote work, but I guess that's becoming an industry standard.
Huge internal codebase can be overwhelming.
