There are three rounds:
Interview with HR: Present yourself and get information about the company. Ask what you should focus on for the next round.
One-hour coding session with an IT specialist. You will read and understand a book (the topic depends on the focus of this round; try to get information on what to focus on). "You Don't Know JS" by Kyle Simpson is sufficient to build a technical theoretical background.
If you don't have experience with the given tech area, gain some; you will need it.
The technical questions are based on real-life scenarios, not technical torture. However, it was difficult for me as I don't use this tech stack in my daily work.
