Pros: The people. The lunches. The founders. The clubs.
But really, it's just been a fantastic place to work, and I've really enjoyed the work I'm doing so far and the people I've been working with.
Cons: A flat structure can also make organizing things interesting at times. You're in charge of your work and have autonomy, but some things could use more direction. That's also from being on a new project, however, and we're working to get things better organized as well.

Pros: Incredibly friendly work culture and talented people to learn from.
Breakfast + lunch daily.
The work is fun.
The company is still young, and there is plenty of opportunity to have an impact.
Cons: Can be noisy/busy if you're not good at filtering/managing requests. You will get fat from food.
