But really, it's just been a fantastic place to work, and I've really enjoyed the work I'm doing so far and the people I've been working with.
A flat structure can also make organizing things interesting at times. You're in charge of your work and have autonomy, but some things could use more direction. That's also from being on a new project, however, and we're working to get things better organized as well.
