Glitters but not gold
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: - Free food and drinks
- Mostly nice people
- Pays well
Cons: - Some very racist and egocentric people in the leadership team and on the floors.
- Technical decision-making is abrupt and chases low-hanging fruit, reflecting lethargy being instilled by a casual startup culture. There is massive technical debt that they are avoiding. It seems the right culture fit aspect is working against the company.
