Process
Different interview process than most companies. Started out with a call to a recruiter, which involved a few behavioral questions as well as some questions about the programming language relevant to the position I applied for.
Next went straight to the final round interview, which for me was in person. Involved 1-1.5 hours of whiteboarding.
Throughout the process, I didn’t actually get to write any code - not sure if this is a good or bad thing.
Overall, a different but good interview process, but slightly slower to hear back about the results.
