The First Round -- HR Interview

Probably the worst interview experience ever in my career. The HR seemed to have no tech background but asked me some tech questions. I was unclear about one of them, so I asked for more clarification. The interviewer (HR) said there would be no clarification from him and just repeated the question again and again. His face showed impatience after he repeated the question twice.

I have attended so many interviews with tech companies, and I am also an interviewer myself in my current job. Asking for clarification is actually a good sign for an interviewee. How could an interviewer decline to clarify his interview question when it was so unclear?
