Be prepared for 8 to 10 hours of interviews. They will all be conducted by “normal employees.” This can result in great, effective interviewers, or awkward, impossible people to communicate with.

Any bad impression or interview is an immediate disqualification, but you won’t find out until the very end. You can perform an interview incredibly well for 4/5 sessions, but that one outlier will cost you the job. This can even be due to a poor interviewer.

The arrogance of some staff is off the charts, to the point of being abused after politely correcting them on an interview question's answer that was misleading.

The culture fit interview is basically an opportunity to show how politically correct you are and what kind of activism you participate in. The questions are thinly veiled and, honestly, a little appalling given the context. No company should be asking for my political views.
