The coding session was easy. I completed it properly but did not progress to the next stage. There was no feedback on my performance, so I don't really know what they were looking for.

Pros: Culture is great.
Food is awesome and plentiful.
Celebrations are a great way to destress with the team.
Cons: Recently got rid of flex leave, which I would have put down as a massive pro before.
Some people overwork themselves, which is stressful for others.

Pros: People, friends, niceness, free food in the office, clubs (but only about 4 times a month).
Cons: It's not the same employee-centered company as before.
They don't care about your salary. You have overtime crunch for six months at a time. The high-up leadership says you need to get XYZ done, and you can't say no.
All of our teams and surrounding teams are sacrificing our normal lives, relationships, and sleep. No feedback gets heard.
You're lucky if you get into one of the few carefree teams.
