I applied via the Canva website and then received a link to schedule an interview with a Recruiter. The whole process felt disrespectful.

For the first interview I scheduled via the provided link, the Recruiter did not show up. After apologizing, they asked me to use the link again to schedule a new one.

On the second attempt, the Recruiter was 15 minutes late for our 30-minute interview. The interview itself was okay and fairly standard. At the end, the Recruiter stated I would proceed to the next round and that they would send me a link to schedule a technical interview that same day. However, I never received this email.

After waiting over a week, I sent a follow-up email and was ghosted by the Recruiter.

In other words, I highly recommend not participating in interviews with Canva. While the experience might seem positive initially, you could be completely disrespected by this company.
