Pros: Before I begin listing all the employee benefits, I'd like to point out the sheer scale of goodness that Canva offers. Only recently the CEO announced she'll be donating about 40% of her personal equity for the good of the world, which amounts to about $5 billion USD. There are many billionaires in the world, but no one has pledged this much so far (with the exception of MacKenzie Scott). There is this sense of higher purpose here that you will never feel at other big companies, i.e., Google, Amazon, Facebook, all of which have well-documented issues. I think this fact alone makes it a great company to work for – the sense that you are making the world a better place! Culture, of course, is one of the best as well. Cons: Hypergrowth, but I think Canva has a great employee onboarding system to help ease this huge flux of newbies every two weeks or so.
