1. HR call with some quick technical questions.
2. One-hour pair programming session.
3. Final round, comprising three technical interviews and one behavioral interview.

Firstly, the initial rounds should be more challenging than the final one to filter out unqualified applicants. This approach will prevent wasting approximately four hours for both parties.

Secondly, the final round does indeed last for four hours. While this extended duration might have been acceptable when interviews were conducted in person, it is quite stressful in a remote setting and could easily be broken down into separate interviews.
