Process
Medium difficulty process compared to others (Airwallex, Atlassian), but very fair.
OA, one technical coding interview, and one whiteboarding basic system design interview. These were fairly standard questions. Definitely not easy, and I could see average engineers who haven't done a bit of LeetCoding or had exposure to system design concepts failing.
