I was asked to select a time for an interview via automated email, which I did. It was confirmed and the meeting invite was sent, which I accepted.
Less than 20 minutes before the interview, it was cancelled without notification. They did not follow up to explain or answer emails and phone calls to find out what happened.
Very poor experience.

Pros: Good work-life balance, reasonable pay, and a good product.
Cons: Strategic decisions are sometimes at the mercy of founders/senior leadership. There is not enough engineering representation at higher levels.

Nice engineering culture
You work on a product that scales up to dozens of millions of customers per month, worldwide.
Cons: Nobody would tell you to get out of here.
You wouldn't find any engineers that you could call stupid and arrogantly neglect.
The product is too easy to use.
