Classic LeetCode interview. Though, I was told by the recruiter it wasn't "true LeetCode; it's more practical DSA stuff."

The interviewer explained the prompt incorrectly. Even after I confirmed the requirements multiple times, I got about halfway through my solution before being told, "Oh, sorry, I forgot to tell you X."

Her suggestions towards my solution led me further away, and she even admitted, "I don't know how to solve this one either."

I got pretty close to a working solution, but didn't finish.

The interviewer showed up 10 minutes late and did not extend my time to find a solution. She said I took too long and ended the call right on the scheduled time.

Recruiter ghosted me for a good couple of weeks. I had to follow up multiple times to get the official rejection, which had no feedback.
