Process
This was a very unprofessional interaction with HR. After scheduling a call with me, the HR representative was unable to contain her laughter upon hearing that I did not have the required work experience in the specified language. She then quickly ended the call, declaring that this would be the end of the process, as it would be "very hard" for me to pass further interviews.
I can't believe that Canva employs HR personnel of this caliber, who would blatantly laugh at a candidate. The representative utterly failed in her job of resume screening and treating candidates with respect.
