A 15-minute talk over the phone with their recruiter, followed by an 8-hour coding test. I received the results three weeks after submission. My coding test was rejected.

This isn't the first time I have been rejected, so that's not the reason for a negative review. The reason is that it took them a 5-hour test (which realistically takes more time for someone with a job and children) to conclude something that could have been tested in a 30-minute test.

In response to all of my hard work, they provided an assessor who spent no more than 10 minutes to find flaws that are purely subjective to the person looking at the code. The code passed all tests.
