- They try very hard to uphold and maintain a good people culture. Very few companies do this.
- Opportunity for travel to Sydney.
- Very successful business. The company is not going anywhere; it's here to stay.
Cons: - Tricky to advance and get promoted.
- Sometimes unclear about roles and responsibilities.
- Hires overqualified applicants for jobs that actually can be done by juniors.
- During my time, management was unsupportive of QA's integration with the engineering teams.
