Pros
  • Work-life balance is very good; they respect your time and don't encourage working outside of normal work hours.
  • Fully remote is available.
  • Good perks for in-office employees, like free food and lots of social events.
Cons

Focuses too much on culture and social events, feels a bit cult-like at times.

Depending on the team, can feel isolated in your role.

Deskilling experience, siloed in your work, and it's hard to branch out.

Toxic positivity, hard to give feedback honestly.

A lot of people are just coasting or doing the bare minimum.

Advice to Management
  • Understand that there are a wider range of personalities out there, and that some may feel stifled and uncomfortable in an overly toxic positive environment that only rewards extremely social people.
  • Seriously evaluate people in management roles; some are really unqualified and not suited to be leaders.
