Amazing Culture, Stalled Growth
Great company! Lots of benefits, and the culture and people are amazing. A hybrid work set-up is a plus. Whenever you go to the office, there's lots of free stuff like food and swag. They really take good care of their people.
Organizational structure is pretty flat, and there's no clear path to growth. Processes are still not standardized, so a lot of work is needed to streamline them. Teams still work in silos.
