The company cares about everyone. Also, the people are very smart and friendly. I love working here so much.
Have not found any cons.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. There were 3 stages: - Initial chat with the recruiter. - Coding with AI. - Final interview with 3 parts: systems design interview, behavioural interview, and coding exercise (without AI).
Bad. The company didn't stop talking about being like Google. There were ridiculous amounts of sessions and steps. It felt disrespectful of my time. LeetCode-style questions were asked in the latter rounds, though I lost interest early on.
Take-home challenge or live coding interview, followed by an onsite. The main focus was coding, with some design elements, however, fundamental knowledge is definitely required. Really interesting problems related to real work at Canva.
