Supportive Team, Unclear Future
Great companions, a lot of help to get started. The company clearly cares a lot for the employee.
Two main downsides:
- Not a lot of vision for the roadmap for the employee.
- (Personal) Working on a design tool may be great, but I don't know if it's the industry for me.
Put more effort into creating a roadmap for each employee, from newbie to stepping up in the company.
