Sure, it’s chaotic, but I wouldn’t work anywhere else
Canva’s product, values, and people are pretty amazing. The environment is pretty chaotic, and some find that a struggle, but I genuinely enjoy it. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
Poor operations and processes really hold the company back from where it could be, and can put people off.
Double down on getting your operations right, and hire people that know what they are doing.
