Pathetic interview process.
I cleared all rounds, yet there's no communication from HR.
They took my documents and have left me hanging for the past month. Horrible experience.
HR is the worst. No sense of responsibility.
They do not pick up calls, nor do they answer emails.

Pros: Work-life balance was good, and the salary hike was good.
Cons: Policies are not good.
There were many less projects in the BU I was in, so I had to serve 8 months on the bench. However, I was working on a POC during that time, which was not more of a headache than learning.
