Work-life balance was good, and the salary hike was good.
Policies are not good.
There were many less projects in the BU I was in, so I had to serve 8 months on the bench. However, I was working on a POC during that time, which was not more of a headache than learning.
Management should be improved. Let people go in the field they desire.
