The Capgemini Chengalpet interview process is a joke. They asked me to come at 12 o'clock afternoon, and about 10-12 candidates arrived.
We all waited until 4:30 PM in the reception. No one cared about us. We were all sitting, and no one bothered to ask why we came. They didn't even mention if the interview would take a long time or suggest we go eat lunch and return. We were all starving.
Believe me or not, everyone sat idle for 4.5 hours. At 4:45 PM, one person came and took us to another block. For all 12 members, the total interview time was 30 minutes, that's it.
Even if we answered correctly, they didn't say anything. They asked us to leave and mentioned they would inform us by phone (which they never do). We left around 5:15 PM.
They sent back everyone, all 12 members, both freshers and experienced, all in 30 minutes.
Nothing difficult; I answered all questions. These were general concepts about Automation and QTP. And by the way, a program logic can be implemented in many ways, but the output will be the same. I wrote a code, and the output would be exactly what he wanted, but he never accepted it. I was pissed off.
